Our country cottage sits on a large stocked pond where you will be able to see ducks, turtles and frogs as well as an abundance of bunnies. Though swimming or boating is NOT allowed, catch and release fishing is available. The master bedroom located on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and in-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The two bedrooms upstairs also have queen beds with queen trundles that can be used to sleep children in your room if you don't mind sharing (can sleep up to 12 in beds). The upstairs bathroom is shared and has a shower/tub combo. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room with TV, satellite and dvd player, and fireplace. There is a half bath and a mudroom with a washer/dryer.
If you want to be "In-town" or in a vacation development, then keep looking.
However, if you are looking for peace and quiet with access to all the great outdoor activities available in the area, this is the place for you.
(within 15 minutes of Copperhill, TN, or Ocoee Whitewater Center and 25 minutes from Blue Ridge GA)
The cottage rents for $165 per night, plus tax and service charges, and one time $100 cleaning fee.
